The Cochran Street Shift

Simi Valley Brewing Company, a locally owned craft brewery and full-service restaurant, is set to open in early 2026 at the former Marie Callender's site at 20 W. It is three Conejo Valley veterans placing a bet that Simi will support a full-service brewpub the way Thousand Oaks has supported Tarantula Hill. The Madera Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project, located between Highway 118 and Cochran Street, will renovate the existing bridge to enhance its long-term structural integrity, improve safety for both motorists and pedestrians, and prolong the lifespan of the corridor.
